Small Meditation Bell

In Buddhism, a bell denotes wisdom. It is believed that listening to a bell will clear confusion and help us focus. Bells are also said to have powers to purify our soul and is the reason why people ring it before praying to the Gods. 

In meditation, the resonance from the bell signifies the start and end of a session. It can also be used during a meditation process to help clear the mind and attain total tranquility.
