Shipping & Returns

We have partnered with all the major delivery services to get our products at your doorstep the fastest way possible. We ship our products from New York, so most of our products will reach their destinations within the US in 5-7 business days. If the products are out of stock and are shipped from Nepal, it will take 7-10 days. We will contact you before shipping if the products are to be shipped from Nepal.

Our goal is to serve our customers better and provide them with quality products. We will refund the full amount of the invoice (minus the original shipping cost) if you are not satisfied with our products and return it within 30 days of delivery. Although all of our products are hand-selected, there are circumstances beyond our control that may affect the product's quality. If the product is damaged when received, we will cover the return label.
