7" Meditation Bowl

• Hand-hammered and handmade in Nepal

 Meditation Bowls are handmade individually to provide tranquil harmonics to aid in the meditation process. A gentle tap from the wooden mallet will fill the room with serenity. The outside of the bowl usually consists of sacred mantras while the inside consists of mantras or symbols or a combination of both. 

The bowls are made in Nepal using traditional Tibetan methods. Each bowl will vary in weight and sound, and it may possess some imperfections in designs as they are handcrafted.
