When striking the side, the bowl has a primary tone at 567 hertz with overtones layered on of 1523 hertz and 2754 hertz. It is a beautiful sound, which matches the beautiful bowl. It comes with a cloth cushion and wooden mallet. The sound has nice extended decay that allows you to clear your mind and focus on your meditation. There is a geometric design around the outside and inside sides. The bottom has a Buddhist flower pattern.
